Markt und Wert
Real estate agents have a bad reputation. As they seem to cash a lot of money without much effort, the whole profession basically appears to be useless - at least according to the general opinion. On the other hand many people wind there an opportunity to make a lot of money in a relatively short time. But to establish themselves as real estate agents and to really earn proper money - that's something not everyone is able to achieve. The turnover is as huge as the competition between the established agents is hard.
Willi Brose (37) is one of those who made it. For ten years now, he is working in the trade, specialized in upscale used property. His work seems to be tailored for him just like his custom-made suit: Negotiating, mediating, deciding - Willi Brose doesn't only master his profession, it became second nature to him. But personally, the real estate agent doesn't care about a fancy house, a luxurious flat or personal belongings of any kind. Nothing stays, nothing is safe - that's something life taught him early. The documentary short portrays Willi Brose at work.
